These terms apply to your use of this site and to your registration for the FSX Forum. By registering, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
1.1 The FSX Forum is organised by Rev X Group, of 438 Alexandra Road, #06-02/03, Alexandra Point, Singapore 119958 ("we", "us", "our").
1.2 "Forum" means the FSX Forum session you register to attend. "You" means the person registering.
2. The Forum
2.1 The Forum is a free session of approximately 90 minutes. There is nothing to pay, before or at the event.
2.2 The Forum is an informal networking and learning session. It is not a course, it carries no certification, and it does not lead to any qualification.
2.3 We may change the date, time, venue, format or speakers, or cancel a session, at our discretion. If we do, we will tell registered attendees as early as we reasonably can using the contact details you gave us.
3. Registration and attendance
3.1 Registration is personal to you and is not transferable without telling us first.
3.2 Seats are limited and registration does not guarantee entry if capacity is reached. We may close registration for a session at any time.
3.3 If you can no longer attend, please tell us by replying to your confirmation email so we can release your seat.
3.4 We may decline or cancel a registration, or ask someone to leave, where their conduct is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.
4. Your conduct at the Forum
4.1 You agree to behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers and staff, and to follow any reasonable instruction given by our team or by the venue.
4.2 You are responsible for your own belongings at the venue.
5. Photography and filming
Please read this one properly
5.1 We take photographs and record video at the Forum. By attending, you agree that you may appear in those photographs and recordings, and that we may use them to promote FSX and future Forums, including on social media, in advertising and on our websites.
5.2 We will not use any recording of you in a way that misrepresents what you said.
5.3 If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of our team when you arrive and we will make sure you are not filmed. You may also ask us afterwards to stop using material featuring you, by emailing [email protected].
6. No advice and no offer
6.1 Anything shared at the Forum, on this site or in our emails is general information for education and discussion only. It does not take account of your personal circumstances, objectives or needs.
6.2 Nothing at the Forum or on this site is an offer, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any product or service, and nothing on it should be relied on as advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any decision.
6.3 The Forum does not constitute an offer of employment, engagement or appointment, and attending it creates no obligation on either side.
7. Our site
7.1 We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free or uninterrupted.
7.2 All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and the FSX brand, belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without our prior written permission.
7.3 This site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
8. Your personal data
8.1 We collect and use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
8.2 By registering, you consent to us contacting you about the Forum and future FSX events. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Consent to AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited
8.3 By providing your personal data to us, you consent to your personal data being used, disclosed, stored, retained and processed by AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited, its associated persons/organisations, its and their third party service providers and its or their representatives, whether within or outside Singapore, for the purposes listed in the AIA FA Personal Data Policy and general administration relating to the aforementioned purpose(s).
8.4 Marketing consent. By providing the information, I/we consent to allow AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited, its associated persons/organisations, its and their third party product/service providers and its and their representatives, whether within or outside Singapore (collectively "AIA Persons") to collect, use, disclose, store, retain and/or process (collectively, "Use") all personal data and information ("Personal Data") that had/has been provided to AIA Persons and/or that AIA Persons possess about me/us (whether from me/us or a third party), in the manner and for the purposes described in the AIA FA Personal Data Policy ("PD Policy") and which I/we confirm that I/we have read and understood.
8.5 In addition, I/we consent to allow AIA Persons to Use Personal Data that had/has been provided to AIA Persons and/or that AIA Persons possess about me/us (whether from me/us or a third party) for the purposes of conducting consumer, marketing related or other similar research and analysis and to provide marketing and promotional information relating to existing or future products and/or services by the following modes of communication: by electronic transmission to or through my/our email address(es); and to all my/our telephone number(s) (of which I/we confirm I am/we are the user(s) and/or subscriber(s)), by way of phone/voice call/SMS/MMS which are in AIA Persons' records as may be updated from time to time by notice to AIA Persons.
8.6 In relation to one or more of the above purposes, I/we consent to my/our Personal Data being disclosed to independent third parties and their representatives and such third parties processing my/our Personal Data.
8.7 I/we may withdraw one or more consents provided by me at any time by completing and submitting the relevant form(s) furnished by AIA Persons ("Mode(s) of Withdrawal"). You may request a copy of such form(s) via your financial consultant(s) or [email protected].
8.8 The consent provided by me/us in this form is in addition to and does not supersede, vary or nullify any consent which I/we may have provided previously in respect of the above purposes, unless my/our consent is withdrawn in the manner specified by AIA.
8.9 I/We hereby represent and warrant that I/we am/are the user and/or subscriber of the telephone number(s) provided by me/us in this or other forms furnished to AIA Persons, and agree that I/we have read and understood the above provisions.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your attendance at the Forum or your use of this site.
9.2 Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
10.1 We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you register is the version that applies to you.
11. Governing law
11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. AIA Financial Advisers terms of use
