Overview
The FSX Forum is organised by Rev X Group. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal data we collect through this site, how we use it, and the rights you have over it under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the PDPA).
The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rev X Group. The terms "you" and "your" refer to visitors to this site and people who register for the Forum.
Information we collect
Registration details
When you register for the Forum, we collect the personal data needed to hold your seat and contact you about the session: your name, email address and mobile number, together with the session date you registered for.
Information you give us voluntarily
You may give us further information when you reply to our emails, message us on WhatsApp, or speak to us at the event. We keep only what is relevant to organising and improving the Forum.
Analytics and usage data
We automatically collect limited activity data to understand how this page is used, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our ads to relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram. You can set your browser to decline cookies, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.
How your information is used
- To confirm your registration and hold your seat
- To send you reminders, joining details and any changes to the session
- To contact you after the Forum about future FSX events
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising and this page
We will only contact you about the Forum and related FSX events. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We share your personal data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Forum, and only so far as they need it to do that work. These currently include:
- GoHighLevel, for storing registrations and sending our emails
- Google, for our registration records and site analytics
- Meta, for advertising measurement
These parties are required to keep your data confidential. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.
Consent to AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited
By providing your personal data to us, you consent to your personal data being used, disclosed, stored, retained and processed by AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited, its associated persons/organisations, its and their third party service providers and its or their representatives, whether within or outside Singapore, for the purposes listed in the AIA FA Personal Data Policy and general administration relating to the aforementioned purpose(s).
Marketing consent
By providing the information, I/we consent to allow AIA Financial Advisers Private Limited, its associated persons/organisations, its and their third party product/service providers and its and their representatives, whether within or outside Singapore (collectively "AIA Persons") to collect, use, disclose, store, retain and/or process (collectively, "Use") all personal data and information ("Personal Data") that had/has been provided to AIA Persons and/or that AIA Persons possess about me/us (whether from me/us or a third party), in the manner and for the purposes described in the AIA FA Personal Data Policy ("PD Policy") and which I/we confirm that I/we have read and understood.
In addition, I/we consent to allow AIA Persons to Use Personal Data that had/has been provided to AIA Persons and/or that AIA Persons possess about me/us (whether from me/us or a third party) for the purposes of conducting consumer, marketing related or other similar research and analysis and to provide marketing and promotional information relating to existing or future products and/or services by the following modes of communication: by electronic transmission to or through my/our email address(es); and to all my/our telephone number(s) (of which I/we confirm I am/we are the user(s) and/or subscriber(s)), by way of phone/voice call/SMS/MMS which are in AIA Persons' records as may be updated from time to time by notice to AIA Persons.
In relation to one or more of the above purposes, I/we consent to my/our Personal Data being disclosed to independent third parties and their representatives and such third parties processing my/our Personal Data.
Note: I/we may withdraw one or more consents provided by me at any time by completing and submitting the relevant form(s) furnished by AIA Persons ("Mode(s) of Withdrawal"). You may request a copy of such form(s) via your financial consultant(s) or [email protected].
The consent provided by me/us in this form is in addition to and does not supersede, vary or nullify any consent which I/we may have provided previously in respect of the above purposes, unless my/our consent is withdrawn in the manner specified by AIA.
I/We hereby represent and warrant that I/we am/are the user and/or subscriber of the telephone number(s) provided by me/us in this or other forms furnished to AIA Persons, and agree that I/we have read and understood the above provisions.

This site may link to other websites. This Privacy Policy covers only the data we collect here. Other sites have their own policies and we are not responsible for their practices.
Security
We maintain reasonable security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and you acknowledge that any information you share with us carries that inherent risk.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration data for as long as needed to run the Forum and to contact you about future FSX events. If you ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent, we will stop using it and remove it from our active records, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Your rights under the PDPA
- Access. You may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used.
- Correction. You may ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdrawal of consent. You may withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time, with reasonable notice.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer hold your seat or send you joining details.
Age
The Forum is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please do not register without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes relating to it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.
